Lets see... I like video games, good movies, anime, other cartoons, reading fantasy novels, reading informative books(like how-to's or say a book describing/illustrating fossils), metal and rock music mainly although I really enjoy good fantasy-type tracks to games or movies. Hiking and exploring too, can't forget about nature.
I've played quite a few MMORPGs, free to play and retail, most were pretty enjoyable to me. I like single-player and multi-player roleplaying games as well as some strategy games. I'm not to into the shooters, driving, or sports games. I play the Nintendo DS Lite, PSP 3000, Playstation 2, Nintendo 64, and of course PC games. I don't know if I can say that I have a favorite game because I've found a lot of them enjoyable. Ultima Online, Diablo, Dungeon Seige, Odin Sphere, Legend of Dragoon, Zelda: Ocarina of Time, Castlevania: Symphony of the Night, Summon Nights:Twin Age, From the Abyss... those are pretty good ones I think. I really don't go for turn-based games, I'm a fan of real-time.
I love art! I have many "How To Draw" books on my bookshelf that always call to me. Its unfortunate that I don't take up one of those books. I love looking at all of the amazing art on this website and around the web, it is unbelievable what someone can do with art. The next time the power goes out and I turn off my computers I'm grabbing one of those books(thank the makers of the uninteruptible power supplies, my lamp will stay on for at least 2 hours with no power)
When I was in middle school a friend got me the video game Ultima Online: Renaissance . I'll never forget that gesture or that game. When I played it I knew I was going to make a video game. You couldn't get me away from that game. I got in trouble with my mom a lot for staying up late playing it. So many adventures with that game. I figured I'd like to make a game where people could have greatly enjoyable and memorable experiences in a game. 11 years planning the game, the design is still not finished or organized how I want to make it, but its getting there. 1 year of programming the game, it causes much enjoyment and satisfaction working towards my dreams. It gets really tought at times but I've managed to pull through and keep going when times were tough. One thing I need to work on is some sort of massive organization and structure for my goals, that bothers me more than anything, I have them written down but that still doesn't seem like enough.
